Live From AFP: Members Raised Billions | The NonProfit Times: San Diego, Calif. – The roughly 30,000 members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) raised an estimated $115 billion last year, according to Andrew Watt, president and CEO of the AFP. Members have raised more than $1 trillion since 1960, he said.
“It’s an extraordinary level of impact,” he said on Sunday to the estimated 4,000 attendees of AFP’s International Conference on Fundraising (ICON) at the San Diego Convention Center. “Think of what’s been accomplished because of what you and your peers do.”
